A recovery, recovery run

After cycling on Saturday and climbing on Sunday, I was not feeling that fresh. However, my back was starting to get stiff, so I needed to get out and go for a run. I did my usual route, and didn’t try to push myself. The weather was pretty good and in the end I think I set a fairly good pace. I don’t really have much else to say. It was a pretty average run, there wasn’t anything out of the ordinary that I saw (other than an audi parked half way across the sidewalk) and I completed the route with no really pain and suffering.
